Zumba. A worldwide craze!

When a fitness instructor from Colombia forgot to take the right cassette for his aerobics class, Zumba was created. Alberto Perez had a tape with dance music that he had recorded from the radio based on salsa and merengue rhythms. So, he improvised an exercise routine to that and, as a result, a new fitness concept was born by accident: Zumba! He created a global community of fitness instructors who teach Zumba Fitness Party and his company is worth millions. But life was not always easy for him. He was raised by a single mother and he had to work three jobs to support his family and his mother when she was seriously injured. Even after he had invented Zumba, it wasn't an easy task to convince instructors of its potentials.

If you're afraid of failing, you can't get very far.

Most people don't get the experiences that are needed to make their dreams come true and do what they want to do with their lives just because they are afraid to ask for help. But mostly they are afraid of failing. So they just sit and wait for things to happen on their own! What is true is that if ask people for help it is possible that you will get that help. Especially from those that you least expect that they help you will surprise you and guide you in a way that you never thought was possible before. Don't be afraid to ask for help and don't be reluctant to try things that you have never tried before. It is better to regret for something you did, than to regret for something you didn't do. So act! If you are afraid of failing, you can't get very far!
