Studying for final exams can be quite stressful. Some students deal with stress well while others (their parents too sometimes.!) have the fear of failure even if they are well prepared for a test. Here are some tips to help you reduce stress and anxiety:
- Get Enough Sleep. Studies have shown that if you don't sleep at least 7 hours a day it will negatively affect your performance on tests, even if you spend those missed hours of sleep studying.
- Study Smarter:Make a list of the most important things you need to learn, in order of importance, study the items at the top of the list first and try to calculate the amount of time you have for each subject you have to study.
- Get Organized: a system of organization for note-taking, keeping track of assignments, and other important papers. Being organised can bring you the peace of mind that comes from knowing where everything is, remembering deadlines and test dates.
- Create a Good Study Environment: Creating a personal environment can reduce stress and help you learn more effectively.
- Know Your Learning Style: Did you know that we don’t all learn in the same way? So you can try and find out your own learning style and test your knowledge and different learning techniques before the final exams.

This post has been very helpful to me. At last i know how exactly to study (well, at least the next year because this year i don't care :P). When i have stress i usualy move my legs or my hands all the time nervously and i won't stop until something distracts my attention. While i am stressed, i can't focus on anything (except a few things) and i am not able to do anything properly. When i have stress i usualy try forgetting it by playing on the computer or sleeping. I haven't found anything else...yet! I would also like to say to anyone who is writing exams, good luck and don't get affected by stress!!

I believe that stress isn't helpful for us the kids, because the kids that they had studied when they take in their hands the test they forfet everything that they had studied and that is bad!!!
In my opinion is that if you want to get a good mark you shouldn't hane STRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think everyone can have stress at hard or bad situation.Also the children on the exams have very much stress because they are afraid for their marks.Giannis D2

Every year when I have exams I have stress because I have the fear
of failure.I face the stress with
some tips.I go to my bed at 10 o'clock and sometimes I listen to
music so I loose.Also I play video games and go for a walk.At the
another side if you want to get a good mark we will study and after some years we will have a good job and money.

i think that the stress is very bad think and the most people have stress.in my opinion its better with out stress becouse toy can think better but the stress you can't overcome.

Every year,when i have exams i'm really really stressful!I'm so afraid of failure.But... i'm not as stressful as i was before because i have found my way!I try to be optimistic.I have no fear.If you study,you can not write bad!You must be only optimistic and sure about yourself!! My Advise: Do you want to write well in you exams?Do you want double pocket money because you made your parents proud?Do you want everyone to tell you congrtulations about your results?Do you want your father to buy you a car because you wrote well in your exams?Do you want to feel proud of yourself?Well, there is a simple way to make it happen! And it's this : STUDY!

two years ago, i started to write exams and i was very stressed!!!now, i am on third grade of junior high school and all it's ok!!!i'm thinking that it's just one difficult period at school and after it everything can be ok!!!MY ADVISE: DON'T BE STRESSED...organise your time and you will write well! Efi, third grade og junior high school
we have also stress when we have exams.. we go runing and after that we eat chocolates...miam :) we go also to the box-club to get rid of our stress! sometimes we play electric guitar and sing with this way....FORGET OUR STREEEEEESS!!!!!!!!
